The University Anthem was composed in 2024, following the establishment of Gurucharan University. It captures the essence of the institution's commitment to academic excellence, research, and service to society. The anthem draws inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of the Barak Valley region while embracing modern educational values.
Written in Bengali, the anthem reflects the linguistic and cultural identity of the region. It speaks of enlightenment through education, the pursuit of truth, and the university's role as a beacon of knowledge in Northeast India.
Note: The University Anthem should be sung with respect and dignity. All members of the university community are expected to stand when the anthem is being played or sung at official functions.
